Shipping

• Location: All orders are shipped from London, UK via Royal Mail.

• UK Orders: Estimated delivery is 3-5 working days.

• International Orders: Estimated delivery is 7-14 working days, depending on the destination.
  
  Unfortunately, we have to stop shipping to Europe and Northern Ireland due to the new general product safety rules (GPSR) that take effect on 13 December 2024. We will keep you updated. More information here.
  
  

• Shipping Costs:

  • UK Standard Shipping: £6

  • International Shipping: £12

• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2-3 working days.

You’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Taxes and Duties

• International Orders:

  • Depending on your country's regulations, local taxes, duties, or customs fees may apply.

  • These fees are not included in the product price or shipping costs and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.

  • Please check your country’s import policies for additional details.

Returns

• If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with any packaging intact.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

To initiate a return:

• Email us at polinabelenchuk@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

• We’ll provide you with the return address and instructions.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 15 business days.
