Shipping

Location: All orders are shipped from London, UK via Royal Mail.

UK Orders: Estimated delivery is 3–5 working days.

International Orders: Estimated delivery is 7–15 working days, depending on the destination. Please note that international delivery times may vary due to customs processing and local postal services.

We’re currently stopping our international shipping procedures to comply with new EU product safety rules (GPSR) and U.S. tariff import regulations. While we pause shipping to Europe, Northern Ireland, and the U.S., we’ll notify you as soon as shipping resumes.

Shipping Costs: Only tracked shipping available via Royal Mail from £7

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2–3 working days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Original / Commissioned Pieces: If you’d like to order an original or commissioned piece to Europe, Northern Ireland, or the U.S., which is possible to send via DPD services, please reach out to polina@belenchuk.com.

Taxes and Duties

International Orders: Depending on your country's regulations, local taxes, duties, or customs fees may apply. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping costs and must be paid by the customer upon delivery. Please check your country’s import policies for additional details.

Returns

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with any packaging intact. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

To initiate a return:

Email us at polina@belenchuk.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We’ll provide you with the return address and instructions. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 15 business days.
