This rosette is shaped like a broken egg, representing the mistakes we make along the way. It's easy to focus on what went wrong and call ourselves losers. It's much harder to celebrate the fact that we tried. I wanted to remind myself that failure is part of learning, and that our mistakes can teach us something valuable.
